Clive Constable (Managing Director) - trained at The Colchester Institute leaving school at 16 years old. Going to college on day release whilst working at local garages to gain experience in such fields as full engine reconditioning, main dealer service and repairs, service advisor rolls, common rail diesel specialist and even roadside assistant.
For the last 6 years Clive has managed and run a garage local to the Lexden & Stanway area, where he gained knowledge of running a business at first hand. In November 2017, he found himself in a position to bid for the then ‘Airway Tyres’ business and lease of their original premises. He opened the doors to C.A.R.S. Ltd, and welcomed his first customer on 5th January 2018 and the customers have not stopped since. Clive, would like to say a big thank you to all his customers both old and new for making this new venue a success.
